Our investment objective is to maximize total return through capital appreciation from investments in U.S. Treasury Securities, Treasury Notes, Treasury Funds or Treasury Bonds. We seek growth of capital through selective purchases and sales of Treasury Securities relative to their long term potential for growth and income.
Our Cylcle Analysis Research is the primary tool we use in timing the purchase and sale of U.S. Treasury Securities. Our primary objective is to capture trading gains through the volatility in the price swings of Treasury Securities. This investment strategy requires the purchase of securities when our indicators signal that interest rates have stopped moving up in yield and are about to move down. When interest rates move down in yield, investments bought and locked in at higher yields are valued at a higher price. Similarly, when investments are purchased at lower prevailing interest rates, prices decline when interest rates move up. Our investment discipline involves the continued tracking of the overall interest rate bond market to determine the appropriate time to liquidate investment positions in order to lock in profits. By the automatic and continuous monitoring of all investments using our unique cycle analysis techniques, the Fund is designed to proceed in a deliberate manner, allowing performing investments to earn a solid rate of return.
